Get help

Email joachimhuveneers@gmail.com with the subject “Sunhaze support”. Include your device model, iOS version, game version and a short description of what happened. If useful, attach a screenshot after checking that it contains no personal information. Never send passwords.

Controls and your next objective

Use the left joystick to move or drive and the right joystick to look around. Follow the current objective and open How? for practical instructions. Journey shows your progress and discovered notes. Tap the map in the upper-right corner to expand it. Stop the vehicle before getting out; return to your parked vehicle to continue driving.

Saved games

Progress is saved locally. Do not delete the app while troubleshooting unless you are prepared to lose local progress. Sunhaze has no account login or its own cloud-save service. Device backups depend on your operating-system settings.

If something goes wrong

Close and reopen the game, check for an available update, and describe the steps that led to the issue when contacting support. If you are stuck, include the objective text and the location shown on the map.
