From scattered files to a project dossier
Create a project, record each asset and its intended use, then attach the licence certificate or other evidence. Clearfolio keeps a local copy of imported documents so you can find them when you need them.
A practical example
You deliver a client video using a purchased music track and stock footage. Save the sources and licence documents with that project, review the intended use and export a PDF dossier. Months later, the documents are still organised around that delivery.
Keep a record of each handover
Preserve a handover version, create a new version when the project changes and compare versions. Share the PDF overview and, if needed, the original evidence documents.
Your files stay on your device
No account, advertising or analytics in the app. Export a Clearfolio backup and keep it somewhere safe outside the app. Local data can be lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost.
What Clearfolio does not do
Clearfolio organises documents. It does not automatically interpret licence terms, certify ownership or guarantee that your intended use is permitted. You remain responsible for reviewing the relevant terms.
