Inside the game
The game does not require an account and does not send your gameplay, scores or settings to a developer-operated server. Records, statistics, preferences and trial timing checks are stored on your device. Local duels take place on one device. This version has no online multiplayer, advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.
The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera. Deleting the app removes its local data; your device backup may retain a copy according to your Apple settings. Restoring purchases restores access, not lost local records.
Apple purchases
Apple processes the free trial and one-time purchase. ZenStone checks Apple-verified transaction information, including product, purchase date and revocation status, on your device to determine access. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple may retain purchase records and process data under its own App Store privacy information. Removing the app does not erase your Apple purchase history or restart a trial.
If you contact us
We receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and resolve problems, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Email is handled by our email provider. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the request, related issues or legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use support messages for advertising.
This website
This website is hosted by Wix and is separate from the game. Wix may process IP addresses, device information, cookies and website activity to operate and secure the site. Contact forms or chat transmit the details you enter. See Wix’s privacy policy for its processing and international safeguards. Website or email providers may process information outside your country. The game does not embed this website or its tracking tools.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information, or to object to or restrict its use. Other rights, including portability, apply where required by law. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Parents can contact us about information a child has sent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game.

De game vereist geen account en verstuurt geen spelgegevens, scores of instellingen naar een server van de ontwikkelaar. Records, statistieken, voorkeuren en controles van de proefperiode blijven op je toestel. Duels speel je lokaal op één toestel. Deze versie heeft geen online multiplayer, advertenties, externe analysepakketten of tracking tussen apps. De app vraagt geen toegang tot contacten, foto’s, locatie, microfoon of camera.
Als je de app verwijdert, verdwijnen de lokale gegevens. Een toestelback-up kan volgens je Apple-instellingen een kopie bewaren. Aankopen herstellen herstelt je toegang, niet verloren lokale records.
Apple verwerkt de gratis proefperiode en eenmalige aankoop. ZenStone controleert op je toestel door Apple geverifieerde aankoopgegevens, zoals product, aankoopdatum en intrekkingsstatus. De ontwikkelaar ontvangt geen betaalkaartgegevens. Apples eigen privacybeleid geldt voor de verwerking door Apple. De app verwijderen wist je Apple-aankoopgeschiedenis niet en start de proefperiode niet opnieuw.
Als je ons mailt, gebruiken we je e-mailadres en bericht om je te helpen, op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang om ondersteuning te bieden. Onze e-mailprovider verwerkt de correspondentie. We bewaren deze alleen zolang nodig voor je vraag, samenhangende problemen of wettelijke verplichtingen. We verkopen je gegevens niet en gebruiken supportberichten niet voor reclame.
Deze website staat los van de game en wordt gehost door Wix. Wix kan IP-adressen, toestelgegevens, cookies en websiteactiviteit verwerken voor werking en beveiliging. Formulieren of chat versturen wat je zelf invult. Raadpleeg het hierboven gelinkte Wix-privacybeleid voor de verwerking en internationale waarborgen. Website- en e-mailproviders kunnen gegevens buiten je land verwerken. De game bevat geen ingebouwde website of bijbehorende tracking.
