MindScope is developed by [your full name or business name]. This Privacy Policy explains how the MindScope iOS app handles information.

1. Information stored on your device

MindScope stores information locally inside the app’s private storage on your device. This may include:

• Assessment answers and results

• Scores and subscores

• Complete Profile sessions and reports

• Generated PDF reports

• Completion dates and time spent

• Daily Challenge progress and streak history

• Question-rotation history

• A local returning-price eligibility flag after an eligible purchase

This information is used to provide the app’s features and preserve your progress.

2. No MindScope account or server upload

MindScope does not require an account.

Assessment answers, results and reports are not uploaded to a MindScope server. MindScope does not currently operate a server that receives or stores this information.

3. Analytics, advertising and tracking

MindScope does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services.

MindScope does not track you across apps or websites and does not sell assessment answers, results or personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. In-app purchases

Optional report purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

MindScope receives limited transaction information required to verify a purchase and unlock the correct report. MindScope does not receive or store payment-card details.

Report purchases are consumable purchases. Purchased reports remain stored locally unless you delete them, delete all MindScope data or remove the app. Consumable purchases and locally stored reports may not be restorable after reinstalling the app or changing devices.

Apple handles purchase information according to Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. Sharing reports

Results and PDF reports leave MindScope only when you choose to share, save or email them using Apple’s share sheet.

When you share information with another app, service or person, their privacy practices apply to the shared information.

6. Data security

MindScope uses the private iOS app container to store local information. Complete Profile session, report and PDF files request iOS complete file protection.

No method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security, but MindScope is designed to minimise unnecessary data collection and transmission.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you remove it.

You can delete MindScope data through the app’s Settings screen by selecting Delete All MindScope Data. Removing the app also removes its locally stored data, subject to normal iOS behaviour and any device backups managed by you or Apple.

Deleting purchased reports may permanently remove access to them.

8. Informational purpose

MindScope is an informational self-exploration and educational app. It is not an IQ test, medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis or professional clinical assessment.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when MindScope’s features or data practices change. The latest version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
