AFTERTOUCH: A MEMORY THRILLER

This policy covers the Aftertouch app for iPhone and iPad, developed by Joachim Huveneers. It does not cover cookies, chat or other services on this Wix website.

LOCAL STORY DATA
Aftertouch stores your scene, choices, discovered endings, explored objects, and reading and sound preferences on your device. This runs the game and lets you continue. Story data is not sent to the developer. No Aftertouch account is required.

The app has no advertising SDK, developer-operated analytics, tracking or developer-operated server. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. Audio is playback only.

RETENTION AND DELETION
Local data remains until replaced or removed. Starting again replaces your current playthrough after confirmation but keeps discovered endings. Deleting the app may remove local data. Backups depend on your Apple settings; there is no Aftertouch cloud-save service. Removing a save does not cancel or refund a purchase.

APPLE PURCHASES
Apple processes App Store purchases. Aftertouch uses StoreKit to check verified purchase information and unlock the full story. The developer does not receive payment-card details or operate a purchase server. Apple handles account information, transactions and platform diagnostics under its own policies and your settings. SUPPORT AND PRIVACY QUESTIONS
Contact Joachim Huveneers at joachimhuveneers@gmail.com with “Aftertouch” in the subject. Your email address and any information you send are processed through the email provider to respond to your request. Support correspondence is deleted no later than 12 months after resolution, unless a longer period is required by law.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, subject to legal requirements. The developer cannot retrieve story choices stored only on your device.

CHILDREN AND CONTENT
Aftertouch contains violence, injury, memory loss and psychological distress and is not designed for young children. Consult the App Store age rating when the app is released.

CHANGES
If future versions introduce new data processing, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated. The date above identifies this version.
